Laura Mercier Face Illuminator Review

The look of this powder alone makes it worthwhile buying, that is once you get over the fear of ruining the delicate rose mould.

Appearances aside, Laura Mercier’s Face Illuminator has a creamy texture, which blends naturally into skin tone and doesn’t leave a patchy powdery finish.

The pearly glow highlights cheekbones, but is much more subtle than bronzer and doesn’t give you a streaky look. Instead skin looks illuminated and because of the creamy formula, it lasts so you don’t have to keep applying.

Laura Mercier’s Face Illuminator is £31 and available from Johnlewis.com.

Rating: 9/10 - Skin looks brighter and healthier with this Face Illuminator and the packaging is beautiful, making it a great gift or a very special treat – either way, very worthwhile investing in.

Laura Mercier Caviar Stick Review

Famous for her tinted moisturiser, Laura Mercier’s other cosmetics are often over looked. However I have a feeling the Caviar Sticks will become a hero product before long.

Launched late this summer, the Caviar Sticks, like the rest of Laura Mercier’s make-up, are high in colour pigment. This means not only do you get a rich colour, but you can also achieve it using very little, making the product last longer.

The real beauty of this product is its simplicity; you can simply roll it across your lid and viola. Whether you want a full lid of colour or just a hint of a tint, this product is a real make-up bag must-have. The colour is flecked with glitter, providing a gorgeous sparkle and the colour actually lasts.

The waxy formula makes it easy to blend with your finger for a sultry smoky eye.
Laura Mercier Caviar Stick’s are available from Urbanretreat.co.uk for £20.50

Rating: 10/10 – Having been a Laura Mercier make-up virgin before, after using the Caviar Sticks I am sold completely. This product works as a great liner or a handy cheats guide to achieving a quick and easy smoky effect.

Laura Mercier Almond Coconut Milk Souffle Body Creme Review

The smell alone is enough to convert you into being the biggest fan of Laura Mercier's Almond Coconut Milk Souffle Body Creme. As soon as you unscrew the lid, a mix of almond, coconut and a hint of vanilla hits you.

The rich, heavy cream has a luxurious feel and gives skin a serious moisture boost. It's the perfect pampering product for your body. Packed full of vitamin A, C and E, the cream leaves skin feeling soft, smooth and conditioned.

Wrapped in a glass pot, this body cream would make an ideal gift too.

Laura Mercier's Almond Coconut Milk Souffle Body Creme is £43.50 and is available from SpaceNK.co.uk

Rating: 8/10 - it's expensive, but it won't let you down. The body cream lost a couple of points though as the scent can be a little overpowering if you use it all over.
